Our History
CHARTS, etc. Inc. was incorporated back in 2011. This was in response to a need in the transportation industry to keep up with the ever-changing regulations from an operations and training perspective.
The name was derived from the initial intention of focusing on hazardous material transportation and training. CHARTS stands for Compliance, Hazardous, and Radioactive Trucking (Training) Solutions. Etc stands for Every Thing Compliance.
What seemed like a brilliant idea when creating the name for the business soon became a detriment because everyone thought it was a medical company. As a result, the name was changed to CHARTS D.O.T. Compliance Company and CHARTS Safety Solutions.
As partnerships developed, requests were made to expand into areas other than hazardous materials. The result is the company we have grown to be: a reliable provider of customized services designed and based on the needs of our partners.
With more than 35 years of combined experience in the compliance, transportation, and safety industry, we are dedicated to helping partner companies in maximizing compliance, mitigating risk, and maintaining safety.
